深圳离型纸厂由于气候的关系，电子模切工业冬季宜选用剥离力偏重的离型纸，夏季宜选用剥离力偏轻的离型纸。特殊需求的胶带，在模切过程中使用的离型纸，需与离型供应商接洽。在作深度测试、对比后方可进行生产活动，以免成品产生质量问题。涂胶厂一般均选用高涂布量的离型纸，而复合厂一般均选用中等涂布量的离型纸，若是热复合，也需要选择高涂布量的离型纸，水胶仅需要低涂布量的离型纸即可，中等涂布量的离型纸适合油胶及保护膜使用，高涂布量的离型纸不适合保护膜使用。生产程序：这里重点是是否要冲压或者切割,一般涉及到冲压或者切割时,会要求离型纸的厚度,因为低克重的离型纸在用于冲压的时候,不易冲断,当然,这也和底纸的易碎度有关,易碎度不好的底纸在冲压或者切割的时候会把纸和产品撕开.达不到理想或者说想要的效果。
